What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.
Are any purchases final sale?
Exchanges are only available for Ready To Wear items within 14 days of delivery. Pre-order, premade, custom items, and varsity jackets are not eligible for refunds, and most are not eligible for exchanges. Exchanges or refunds are only permitted if you receive an incorrect item. Items must be returned in original, unworn condition and approved by our team before shipping back.
When will I get my order?
Most items are premade and ship within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends). Once shipped, domestic orders typically arrive within 1–3 business days.
Pre-orders require 1–3 weeks for processing before shipping, and varsity jackets may take 1–8 weeks. You’ll receive tracking information by email once your order has been shipped. International delivery times vary depending on the carrier and destination.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free.
